Founder
Phan (pronounced /faan/) has nearly 20 years of experience in tech, with deep expertise in Apache Spark and Databricks. He’s been recognized as a top contributor in the data engineering space and is known for building practical tools, creative automations, and educational content. With a hacker’s mindset and a passion for learning, Phan often finds unconventional ways to solve problems, improve systems, and share knowledge.
He holds several patents in machine learning and anomaly detection, and has received multiple innovation awards for his work in automation and data science.
He translated Python for Kids into Vietnamese and donated all proceeds to support children’s education.
